Good stuff. No fuss. Love to you! How to make your home a wee haven for wildlife. I garden like my nonnos to stay close to them. I love this: “I now garden like my nonnos taught me. It keeps me in a ready supply of delicious food, and costs me next to nothing. From them, I inherited the art of home composting systems, how to keep chooks and a “re-use everything” mentality. They also taught me how to save my own seeds and use homemade fertilisers.”
Oh I want to read that book! I wish I could garden like nonno but alas, I am terrible at gardening despite my efforts.
Is it ok if one of my good things for today is that it’s almost over? The weather has been atrocious here so finally getting home & out of the horrible weather for the day is very good indeed. 2. I picked up my new reading glasses so now I can see properly when I read. 3. Saying yes when my kids asked for donuts after school & seeing them be so happy about it.
I love it when people we perceive to have strength and extraordinary discipline put mental health first, it shows that we're all human and putting our own needs first is more than okay 💗
3 good things:
1. found a fabulous new cafe called The Flying Fig in North Adelaide
2. Potato and Zucchini Latke with poached eggs, lemon ricotta, chard and nova YUM !!
3. Drinking coffee and watching the rain. Cosy, Hygge, Niksen ☕

Love to you Pip xx
We had jacket potatoes with all the toppings last night, it was very yum.
1. I walked along the beach today and it was actually warm, also the amazing patterns where the waves had washed across the soft dry sand.
2. I sat outside on my new seat in the garden and watched the birds in the trees.
3. Coffee with the yoga ladies.
Cheers Kate
